International Sport Horses was founded by two lifelong horsewomen — Theresa Dunn in the United States, and Victoria Gross in Germany. What began as two individual careers became a single partnership built on one idea: finding the right horse shouldn't mean choosing between trust and distance.
Theresa built her reputation on the American side, earning the trust of top riders, trainers, and barns across the US through years in the saddle, not behind a desk. Victoria's roots are in breeding, producing horses in Germany early in her career — before building her reputation as an agent, connecting riders and buyers with the right horse. Along the way, she's worked closely alongside some of the country's most respected trainers, riders, and breeders — relationships that still shape our network today. Together, we don't run two businesses — we run one, with access on both ends of the Atlantic.
Our name carries weight because of who stands behind it. Over many years in the industry, we've built close, personal relationships with some of the most respected trainers, riders, and breeders on both sides of the Atlantic — people we've worked with time and again, not names we found for a single deal.
That trust runs both ways. Many of our clients come back for their second, third, or fourth horse, and just as many arrive through a personal recommendation from someone we've already placed a horse with. It's the kind of track record you can't buy — only earn, one satisfied client at a time.
